What we've found in Narre Warren South homes
Curtain Ideas is a family-owned curtain and blind business based in Clyde North, about 10 minutes from Narre Warren South. We measure, make and install custom curtains, blinds and shutters, with a free consultation in your home.
Our Narre Warren South jobs are some of our biggest: usually the whole house at once. What we’ve found is that families here have lived in their homes for ten years or more and are ready to replace everything together rather than room by room.
Larger homes with formal living rooms and big family areas suit a mix of curtains for warmth and shutters or blinds for the practical rooms.
Narre Warren South is an established family suburb, mostly built from the late 1990s onwards around Casey Central. Homes are generally larger, with formal lounges, separate family rooms and four or more bedrooms, so there are a lot of windows to cover. Many still have the original vertical blinds or venetians, which have often faded or stopped working smoothly. Replacing them all at once means one style through the house, one installation day and one warranty. Large west-facing windows benefit from a sunscreen layer behind curtains to cut the afternoon glare.
What our customers in Narre Warren South say
